A little connection, at your pace

Look around before you join. Room conversations are inside the healing member area; the conversation shown in this tour is fictional, not a real member post.

How it works

1 · Choose a made-up name

No public real name, photo or location. Review the account requirements before joining.

2 · Read first, share when you’re ready

There is no pressure to share your story. You can begin with the existing private learning modules.

3 · Follow the community boundaries

Use the guidelines and report anything concerning. Do not include identifying or graphic details.
